Alex confirmed the status of her pregnancy in Season 2, Episode 5 of 1923, so forgive yourself if you missed it.

Is Alex Still Pregnant?
There was reason to be concerned about Alex’s baby. At the beginning of Episode 4, she places a hand on her midsection while telling her train car-mate that “he took everything.” Her expression of despair indicated that she believed she had lost the baby, despite the fact that the attack occurred less than two minutes earlier.
At the end of Episode 4, Alexandra speaks with the same woman, who confirms that she is still pregnant. Hayley McFarland, who plays Mary on FOX’s Lie to Me, has a delightful Instagram page.
After being arrested for attacking the man who molested her, Alex is released and discovers Mary stealing her personal belongings. Mary had previously discussed how she would steal for her children, and during this encounter, she says something along the lines of “You’ll see one day.”
Alex grabs Mary’s hand, places it on her stomach, and informs her that she has already received it.
This is great news for fans of Alex and Spencer, as well as anyone who enjoys discussing the Dutton Family Tree.
A Dutton Family Tree Clue That Everyone Missed
The line to John Dutton may still pass through Spencer, but the truth is unknown. A regular viewer of our weekly recap videos said something that seemed strange at first.
“Spencer makes it home and saves the ranch, but he loses his leg in the process,” says Feisty Old Gal 8257.
In Season 4, Episode 2 of Yellowstone, John Dutton (Kevin Costner) told Jimmy about his grandfather losing a leg. So, if someone loses a leg at the end of this series, we know he will become John Dutton’s grandfather.
