DQ Celebrates Newlyweds Olivia and Bradley Blizzard With a Sweet Surprise

In the United States, Dairy Queen turned a real-life love story into a delightful celebration. When Olivia Morris and Bradley Blizzard tied the knot, their wedding became more than just a romantic affair — it became a Blizzard-themed event, thanks to the creative folks at Dairy Queen Texas.

Their playful surname caught the attention of the Texas Dairy Queen Operators’ Council (TDQOC), and what started as a fun TikTok video quickly turned into a one-of-a-kind wedding season filled with surprises, treats, and unforgettable memories.

A Wedding as Sweet as a Blizzard

From the very start, Dairy Queen brought joy to the couple’s wedding journey. The couple had a fun engagement photoshoot at a DQ location in Texas, which perfectly matched the theme. But the surprises didn’t stop there.

Dairy Queen also supported the couple’s bachelor and bachelorette parties with:

  • Custom Dairy Queen-themed merchandise
  • Gift cards for tasty treats
  • A stylish “Mrs. Blizzard” jacket for Olivia

It was a true celebration of love, creativity, and shared passion for the brand.

“We are incredibly grateful for the love and creativity the Texas Dairy Queen Operators’ Council has poured into making our wedding season unforgettable,” Olivia Blizzard shared with heartfelt appreciation.

Meet Mr. and Mrs. Blizzard

Olivia and Bradley met on July 3, 2021, and now live in a Dallas suburb. Bradley works in finance for an automotive firm, and Olivia works in the pharmaceutical industry.

The couple comes from different states — Bradley is originally from Florida, and Olivia is from Illinois. Despite their different backgrounds, they share strong values and, interestingly, a love for Dairy Queen.

Their Blizzard Treat favourites?

Olivia loves Oreo Cookie Blizzard, while Bradley goes for Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup Blizzard.

And yes, the Blizzard surname is real. It goes back to Canadian roots, with Bradley’s ancestors believed to have adopted the name after migrating from Ireland.

A Sweet Suggestion for DQ Fans

With all the excitement, some fans are hoping that Dairy Queen will consider reopening stores in Deep East Texas, where locations have been closed in recent years. For those who love DQ Blizzards, it’s a wish worth keeping alive!
