A narcotics search warrant led to the arrest of two men in Wichita Falls after authorities discovered methamphetamine and crack cocaine at a residence on Chance Street.
The suspects, 20-year-old William Downs and 21-year-old Keiandre Williams, now face multiple felony charges, including evading arrest and manufacture and delivery of a controlled substance.

According to WFPD Sgt. Brett Keith, officers arrived at the home with a search warrant and encountered both suspects attempting to flee on foot. A brief pursuit ensued, but officers caught them shortly after.
Drugs & Evidence Recovered
During the search, officers seized:
- 70 grams of methamphetamine
- 42 grams of crack cocaine
- Digital scales & baggies (commonly used for drug distribution)
The large quantities of drugs indicate intent to distribute, which led to multiple felony charges for both men.

- Manufacture & delivery of a controlled substance (2 counts each)
- Evading arrest
