Emergency responders were called to the scene of a semi-truck wreck on 1601 Central Freeway in Wichita Falls on the afternoon of March 8, 2025.
The crash, which occurred around 3:45 p.m., involved a semi-truck veering off the road and striking a tree near a home.

Authorities have confirmed that Frontage Road on Central Freeway will be closed for several hours as crews work to clear the scene.
Injuries & Cattle Transport
- Minor injuries were reported, but no serious harm was confirmed.
- The semi-truck was hauling cattle, which will be transferred to another transport vehicle to ensure their safety.
