A Family in Wichita County is Displaced Due to Wind Damage

Wichita County — Wind damage on Friday, March 14, caused at least one family to be displaced.

Just before 12:30 p.m., a Wichita County sheriff’s deputy was driving down FM 368 when the metal roof of a nearby house blew off and landed on the road, almost hitting the deputy.

WCSO and the Iowa Park Police Department responded to the call.

There were no injuries reported.
