Aaron Hall Allegedly Went Missing as His and Diddy's Sexual Assault Accuser Attempted to Serve Him

Los Angeles, California – Singer Aaron Hall is reportedly missing as efforts continue to serve him with legal documents tied to a serious lawsuit. The case was filed by Liza Gardner, who accuses both Hall and rapper Sean “Diddy” Combs of sexually assaulting her in the early 1990s when she was just 16 years old.

What Is the Lawsuit About?

Liza Gardner filed her lawsuit in November 2023, claiming that the alleged assault took place after an MCA Records event in either 1990 or 1991. She has accused both Aaron Hall, former member of the R&B group Guy, and music mogul Diddy, of being involved in the assault.

Due to Hall’s untraceable whereabouts, the lawsuit has not been able to proceed.

Gardner’s Legal Team Asks to Use Newspaper Notices

Gardner’s attorney, Tyrone Blackburn, says they have run out of options and are now requesting court permission to serve Hall through newspaper publication, a legal process used when a defendant cannot be found.

“We have effectively exhausted all reasonable methods of locating him,” Blackburn said. “We believe service by publication is now the only remaining option.”

Where Did They Try to Find Aaron Hall?

According to court filings:

  • View Park, California: Neighbors said he no longer lives there
  • Tarzana, California: Property is no longer owned by Hall
  • Woodland Hills, California: His last known address, but service attempts failed here too

Despite multiple efforts by process servers, Hall could not be found at any of these locations.

Update on Diddy’s Legal Situation

Meanwhile, Sean “Diddy” Combs is currently in custody in Brooklyn, awaiting trial on sex trafficking and racketeering charges. He has pleaded not guilty and denied all the allegations.

His criminal trial is set to begin on May 5, 2025.

In a separate legal case, Diddy recently won a partial victory. A judge dismissed several complaints in a lawsuit filed by Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones, who had also accused Diddy of sexual misconduct.
