The foster parents, a woman named Jamie J. (44) and a man named Raymond J. (62), have been arrested and charged with murder and child abuse. This story reveals how vulnerable children can face serious harm, even in homes meant to protect them.
The Day Everything Changed
On March 19, Jamie called 911 and said the little girl was unresponsive. The child was rushed to the hospital, but sadly, she was declared dead.
