“Don’t get me wrong, I can totally be an a—— when I need to be … if you’re adversarial to my friends, my family, my country, MAGA, etc.”
He added that real people who know him wouldn’t describe him that way, and challenged the source to reveal their identity.
“Man up, put your name to it, but we know you won’t because you’re cowards,” he wrote.
Magazine Also Questions Anderson’s Past Views
The New York Magazine article, titled “Age of Don Jr.”, didn’t just criticize him — it also raised eyebrows about Anderson’s past. It claimed that she once “looked down” on the Trump family and even pointed to social media posts where she appeared to support Black Lives Matter, wore a face mask during COVID, and didn’t fully support MAGA values.
Some critics say this could make her a “liability” for Trump Jr. and even for his father, President Donald Trump, warning that she may not appeal to the MAGA base.
Is Bettina Just Looking for Fame?
The magazine cited unnamed sources who said Anderson is only interested in fame and may be trying to “grift” her way to popularity through social media.
“There are concerns about whether Anderson will be embraced by their base,” a source reportedly said.
