Residents in and around Wichita Falls, Texas, will soon have a chance to stand together and raise their voices in support of democracy. A peaceful downtown rally is scheduled for Saturday, April 5, from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m., as part of a national movement taking place across the United States.
The event is being organized by the Wichita County Democratic Association and is expected to draw more than 100 local supporters. The theme for the rally is “We the People Want Hands Off Our Democracy.”
