Exclusive Warren Zeiders Told Me He Was Cheated On—Now He's Single

Country music star Warren Zeiders recently revealed a deeply personal story that’s both heartbreaking and inspiring. During an interview on Taste of Country Nights on March 31, the rising singer shared that he is now single — after being cheated on by his girlfriend. While it’s been a tough time for him, he’s using the pain to push forward in his music career.

A Breakup That Mirrors His Album Title

Zeiders, known for his hit “Pretty Little Poison,” just released an album called Relapse, Lies and Betrayal. Strangely enough, life seems to be imitating his art. In the interview, Zeiders said, “God’s got a sense of humor,” because the title of his album perfectly matches what he has just gone through.

He admitted he went through all three — a relapse of trust, lies from someone he cared about, and betrayal from someone close.

“It Was a Woman,” He Says

When asked what caused the breakup, Zeiders simply replied, “A woman.” He didn’t want to dive into every detail, but he made it clear that this wasn’t a simple split. The cheating had been happening off and on for a while. He said he doesn’t want to talk too much about her, as he doesn’t want to give her the satisfaction of attention.

What hurt even more is that the person his girlfriend cheated with was someone Zeiders knows personally. “It’s kind of like a double betrayal,” he said, clearly still dealing with the emotional pain.

Turning Heartbreak Into Inspiration

Even though this breakup has hit him hard, Zeiders isn’t letting it break him. Instead, he’s using it as fuel for his next creative projects. He said he’s ready to get back in the studio and write new music about what he’s going through.

However, the timing is a bit tricky — he just started his Relapse Tour 2025 across the U.S., so he won’t have a lot of time to sit down and write new songs right away. Still, the fire inside him is clearly burning stronger than ever.

Catch Him on Tour

Warren Zeiders may be heartbroken, but he’s not slowing down. He’s continuing his tour and bringing his energy to fans across the country. His next show is on Thursday, April 3 in Milwaukee. After that, he’ll be performing in Waukee, Iowa and Minneapolis over the weekend.

If you see him on tour, give him a cheer — or even a hug. He’s been through a lot, but he’s still standing strong, using his pain to create something powerful.
