According to The Dallas Morning News, police were called around 11:30 a.m. on Thursday to South Hills Elementary School. Someone had reported that a person was stabbed during the 5th grade graduation ceremony.
What Happened During the Fight?
The fight started between two parents during the ceremony. What began as a verbal argument quickly escalated when one parent pulled out a knife and stabbed the other adult in the upper body.
The suspect, an adult male, was arrested near the school. Police charged him with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. The victim was taken to the hospital, but their condition is currently unknown.
