Four-Member Family of Luke Combs is Still Living in Two-Bedroom Home

Luke Combs may be one of the biggest names in country music, but when he’s not on tour, his home life is very simple and peaceful. Unlike many other celebrities who live in huge mansions, Luke, his wife Nicole, and their two young sons live in a small two-bedroom house.

A Modest Home for a Superstar

In a recent episode of The MeatEater Podcast, Luke shared that their home is only 2,000 square feet. It has just two bedrooms—one for him and Nicole, and one for their two boys, Tex and Beau.

“We’re always close together,” Luke said while describing their living arrangement. It’s a tight but loving space, and it’s been their home for a while now.

Back in May 2023, Nicole also mentioned in a Q&A with fans on social media that they live in a two-bedroom house. Fans were surprised, given Luke’s massive success in music, but the couple has their own reasons for keeping things simple.

Why Do They Choose to Live Small?

Many fans wonder why such a successful artist would live in a small home when he can easily afford a bigger one. Nicole gave a simple answer: “We’re basic.”

Later, she explained that they are currently building a new home, but they’re not rushing into it. Even after the birth of their second son, Beau, in August 2023, the family stayed in their cozy home.

This shows that for the Combs family, living a happy and grounded life is more important than living in a luxury house.

Family Life in a Small Space

Luke says there are many good things about living in a small house. One big advantage is that it makes family time easier and more frequent. After a busy day, everyone is together in one place, usually the living room, which also works as the kids’ playroom.

“We let ’em destroy it,” Luke joked about how his sons play. But every evening, the whole family joins in to clean up the mess together.

He added, “The 1-and-a-half-year-old might only bring over a block or two, but our older son, who’s 2-and-a-half, can help a bit more. We teach him to clean up his own mess.”

Even though the kids are very young, Luke and Nicole are already teaching them small responsibilities like cleaning up spilled milk or putting toys away. Luke said that even if the cleaning isn’t perfect, it’s important to start these habits early.

Keeping Fame Separate From Family

During the podcast, Luke also spoke about how he plans to explain his music career to his children as they grow up. For now, he just enjoys the simple life at home. He also shared his love for hunting and spending time outdoors, which helps him stay grounded despite his stardom.
