Many Texans frequent Dollar Tree for a variety of items. However, astute shoppers have noticed that certain items are priced slightly higher than expected. Is there going to be another price increase in Texas stores?
Were There Signs Of Dollar Tree Increasing Prices?
Unfortunately, there were signs that prices had already risen in the store. According to Yahoo, the store had previously changed some of its prices. In 2021, some items were priced at $1.25 rather than $1.00.
This, in turn, upset some customers. After all, at the dollar store, everything is expected to be one dollar at all times, correct? However, it appears that prices are about to rise, which may disappoint some.
What Indicates Prices Are Going Up At Dollar Tree?
A video posted on Tik Tok appears to show that another price increase has been implemented. Here are some items that appeared to have increased in price:

To say the least, the store name doesn’t match the current prices. However, Dollar Tree does have items priced higher, with some starting at $7. However, this does not imply that customers are satisfied with another.25 percent price increase.
As of the time of writing, Dollar Tree has not confirmed whether the video in question is an indication of what may be coming to stores in Texas. Hopefully, prices stay where they are and do not rise further.
Otherwise, Dollar Tree may have to change its name to Two Dollar Tree!
