Bradshaw, a 33-year-old mother, has been arrested and charged with child abuse and neglect after she allegedly abandoned her 2-year-old daughter in their apartment for nine hours while she went to meet a man, claiming she “needed a break.” The incident has raised serious concerns about child welfare and parenting.

Bradshaw’s actions came to light when maintenance workers at her apartment complex arrived on the morning of Thursday, [date], for a scheduled check.
