In a shocking new development, UFO footage has surfaced showing a US warship facing off with two mysterious “Tic Tac” shaped aircraft off the coast of Southern California. The footage, which captures four unidentified objects darting around the USS Jackson, has left sailors stunned and speculating about the nature of the encounter.
The February 2023 UFO Sighting
In February 2023, sailors aboard the USS Jackson witnessed an incredible sight: four unidentified flying objects, seemingly synchronized, darting around the warship. The objects, which emerged from the ocean, displayed behavior that closely resembled a famous UFO sighting in 2004.
The shape of the objects matched the iconic “Tic Tac” UFO, a term coined after the initial 2004 sighting. As the sailors described, the UFOs flew in perfect synchronization before rapidly zooming off, leaving no trace on the radar just seconds later.
One sailor recalled the incident, saying, “All we witnessed was all four of them. All in synchronous, jetting into the abyss. They were clearly in communication with one another, synchronized like a countdown.”
Analyzing the Incident
Former defense department analyst Marik Von Rennenkampff further fueled speculation after analyzing the flight data from the time and location of the incident. He concluded that no US aircraft were in the vicinity, suggesting that the objects were not of American origin. His analysis adds to the growing mystery surrounding these sightings. “I don’t think it’s ours,” Von Rennenkampff said. “That just doesn’t make sense.”
This latest encounter shares eerie similarities with the infamous Nimitz UFO incident from 2004. In that case, U.S. fighter pilots encountered a similar “Tic Tac” shaped UFO over the Pacific Ocean, displaying incredible agility and speed.
The 2004 Nimitz Incident
In November 2004, fighter pilots aboard the USS Nimitz encountered a strange object over the waters near Mexico. Pilot David Fravor, part of a team sent to investigate, recalled a bizarre encounter with the object. The UFO, which lacked wings or visible propulsion, exhibited extreme acceleration and the ability to change directions on a dime.
Fravor explained the object’s movement as “like a ping pong ball bouncing off a wall,” with the UFO abruptly changing directions and even performing a vertical climb from zero to 12,000 feet in seconds. Fravor was left in awe, saying, “This was extremely abrupt… something that I’ve never seen in my life.”
The ‘Tic Tac’ UFO Phenomenon
The “Tic Tac” UFOs have been the subject of numerous sightings over the past few decades, with pilots and military personnel across the U.S. Navy reporting similar encounters. The first widely publicized sighting occurred off the coast of San Diego in 2004, when pilots from the USS Nimitz carrier strike group detected the object.
Commander David Fravor, who witnessed the UFO firsthand, speculated that the object was beyond human technology, given its extreme speed and lack of visible propulsion. The U.S. government has since acknowledged these incidents, declassifying videos that show similar UFO sightings, but has yet to offer an explanation.
A Persistent Mystery
The most recent sighting off the coast of California raises the question: Are the “Tic Tac” UFOs returning, or have they never truly left? The similarities between the 2004 Nimitz encounter and the February 2023 sighting are striking, prompting both skepticism and intrigue within the military and UFO communities.
As more footage emerges, both military officials and UFO enthusiasts are left wondering what these objects truly are, and why they continue to appear in restricted airspace near military vessels.
