Fajita Pete’s will open in Wichita Falls on Monday at Crossroads Center, 2708 Southwest Parkway.
As the name suggests, the restaurant specializes in fajitas, which include beef, chicken, carnitas, and shrimp.
Cody and Katelyn Miller, the owners, have lived in the area their entire lives.
The restaurant is a franchise of a Houston-based chain that specializes in catering, takeout, and delivery but also offers limited indoor seating. It has an app for placing orders and provides both in-house and third-party deliveries.
“We are the first in a medium-sized market. Cody Miller stated that most of the other stores cater to a large market.
In addition to fajitas, the store sells Tex-Mex items.
“We’ve got tacos al carbon, burritos, flautas, salad enchiladas, chicken picos,” Miller said.
The restaurant also serves margaritas to-go.
Fajita Pete’s will be open from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Saturday and closed on Sunday.
