'People Are Shocked' Trump Attacks Boasberg and 'Radical Left Judges'

President Donald Trump launched a fresh attack on U.S. District Judge James E. Boasberg and other “radical left judges” who he believes are blocking his deportation agenda. This criticism came after a recent restraining order prevented the use of the Alien Enemies Act to deport alleged Venezuelan gang members.

Trump’s Comments on the Court Ruling

In a post on Truth Social on Sunday, Trump expressed his anger over the court’s decision, claiming that the U.S. court system was allowing dangerous criminals to stay in the country. He wrote:

“People are shocked by what is going on with the Court System. I was elected for many reasons, but a principal one was LAW AND ORDER, a big part of which is QUICKLY removing a vast Criminal Network of individuals who came into our Country through the Crooked Joe Biden Open Borders Policy!”

Trump emphasized his stance on law and order, stating that criminals, particularly those he described as dangerous and violent, should be removed from the U.S. He added:

“These are dangerous and violent people, who kill, maim and, in many other ways, harm the people of our Country. The Voters want them OUT, and said so in Record Numbers.”

Trump’s Criticism of Judge Boasberg

Trump specifically targeted Judge Boasberg and his ruling, accusing him of blocking the president’s ability to act on immigration policy. He stated:

“If it was up to District Judge Boasberg and other Radical Left Judges, nobody would be removed, the President wouldn’t be allowed to do his job, and people’s lives would be devastated all throughout our Country.”

Trump has previously called on Congress to impeach Judge Boasberg for what he perceives as a failure to enforce the law in a way that aligns with his deportation agenda.

Context of the Case

The restraining order issued by Judge Boasberg prevents the U.S. government from using the Alien Enemies Act to deport Venezuelan gang members who were allegedly involved in criminal activities. This ruling has been a point of contention for Trump, who has argued that such criminals should be swiftly deported to ensure the safety of American citizens.
