Calling all Pokémon fans in El Paso! It’s time to dust off your Pokédex, charge your phone, and get ready for an epic Pokémon-themed day filled with fun, family, and community spirit. The much-loved event “El Paso Generations Go!” is making a comeback this April — and it promises to be even bigger and better than before.
Hosted by the popular Glory Road Barbershop, this 2nd annual event is not just about Pokémon, but also about giving back to those in need.

- Time: 10 AM to 3 PM
- Location: 140 Montecillo Blvd, El Paso, TX
For five hours, this spot will turn into a complete Pokémon paradise, welcoming both young and adult fans from across the city.
What’s Happening at “El Paso Generations Go!”?
Whether you’re an old-school Gen 1 fan or just starting your journey, there’s something for everyone at this event:
- Live Pikachu Sighting: Catch the beloved Pikachu in real life from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM — don’t forget your selfie stick!
- Cosplay Contest at 1:30 PM: Dress up as your favourite Pokémon or trainer and compete for fun prizes! Get creative and show off your Poké-style.
- Scavenger Hunts & Chalk Art: Test your trainer skills through fun challenges and express your creativity with themed chalk art.
- 360 Photo Booth: Capture all the action in cool 360-degree videos — perfect for Instagram and TikTok.
- Local Food & Vendors: Enjoy some delicious bites and check out awesome local vendors while you recharge between Poké-battles.
- Free Swag for the Early Birds: The first 50 kids to arrive will receive free Pokémon-themed swag bags — don’t be late!
