Playful Georganne from Humane Society of Wichita County ready to bounce into her forever home

WICHITA FALLS (KFDX/KJTL) — If you need a lightning bolt of energy to join you on your adventures, little Georganne is ready to go.

Georganne is a three-month-old Border Collie mix staying with the Humane Society of Wichita County. Border Collies are known for their intelligence, high energy, and trainability.

She hasn’t even grown into her enormous paws yet.

Since Georganne is still a baby, her new guardians should expect the usual challenges that come with a puppy: rambunctious behavior, socialization training, teething and housetraining.

She plays well with other dogs and has a brother at the Humane Society. They haven’t socialized her around cats, but cat owners interested in Georganne shouldn’t be shy!

The Humane Society said they will take her into the shelter’s cat house to see how she gets along with feline companions if cat parents want to add her to their family.

To adopt Georganne, call the Humane Society at 940-855-4941 or visit the shelter to meet her or any of their adoptable pets.
