SHREVEPORT, LA – Crime continues to be a serious issue in Shreveport, and police are working hard to remove violent offenders from the streets. In many cases, the people involved in these crimes already know each other, which is what happened in the latest incident that shocked a local neighbourhood.

What Happened on Quentin Street?

The incident occurred on Tuesday morning, just before 10 a.m., in the 2500 block of Quentin Street in Shreveport. Police rushed to the scene after receiving reports of a shooting.

Charges Filed Against Both Men

Police have arrested Demohn Black and charged him with:

  • One count of Possession with Intent to Distribute Narcotics

Situation Under Ongoing Investigation
