Shreveport, Louisiana – The Shreveport Police Department (SPD) is actively searching for Linda Fitzpatrick, a woman wanted for a series of financial crimes. Fitzpatrick is suspected of being a repeat offender who has been on the run for more than a month, and authorities are calling on the public to help locate her.
What Crimes Is Linda Fitzpatrick Wanted For?
Linda Fitzpatrick is wanted for bank fraud and felony theft. Detectives believe she was involved in a bank fraud scheme at Barksdale Federal Credit Union on May 29, 2025. She is also suspected in another bank fraud case earlier in May, which led to an arrest warrant being issued for her in early June. However, despite the warrant, Fitzpatrick managed to evade capture.
As authorities investigated her financial crimes, detectives discovered that Fitzpatrick is also wanted for felony theft. This charge stems from a separate case involving the theft of over $11,000 from another victim.
Currently, there are two active warrants for Fitzpatrick on charges of bank fraud, along with another warrant for felony theft.
