SHREVEPORT, LA – The Shreveport Police Department’s Sex Crimes Unit has arrested a man following a detailed investigation into serious allegations involving a minor. The suspect, Donald Simpson, is now facing multiple charges related to sexual misconduct with a juvenile.
What Happened?
The investigation began in February 2025, after the police received a complaint involving Simpson. After nearly two months of investigation, detectives obtained an arrest warrant on April 2, 2025, charging Simpson with:
- Three counts of Indecent Behavior with a Juvenile
- One count of Sexual Battery
On April 22, 2025, law enforcement successfully located and arrested Simpson. He was then booked into the Shreveport City Jail, where he now awaits legal proceedings.
