Jason Aldean is one of the biggest names in country music. Millions of fans know him for hits like “Dirt Road Anthem” and his latest song “Whiskey Drink.” But at home, it seems like his two little kids, Navy and Memphis, are not impressed at all. In fact, they don’t even pay attention when he’s on TV!
Brittany Aldean Shares the Funny Moment on Instagram
Jason’s wife, Brittany Aldean, shared a cute and funny moment on her Instagram stories recently. She posted pictures of their children, Navy and Memphis, lying on the floor, clearly not interested in what’s on TV. Even though their dad’s music video was playing on CMT, the kids looked the other way.
In one picture, Navy is relaxing on the floor, not even glancing at the screen. Memphis, on the other hand, is seen walking away from the TV, as if he doesn’t care at all. Brittany jokingly captioned the story with “Unfazed about their daddy on TV,” and tagged Jason so he could see it too—if he ever checks Instagram!
Jason Aldean’s New Song “Whiskey Drink” Plays on TV
While the kids were doing their own thing, Jason Aldean’s music video for his new song “Whiskey Drink” was playing during the CMT Countdown. The song was placed at No. 10 that week, which is still a big deal, but maybe not high enough for the kids to get excited!
Brittany showed the music video in her story, giving fans a peek at what was going on. Some people might say the kids were disappointed the song didn’t rank higher, but more likely, they’re just used to seeing their dad all the time and don’t find it special anymore.
They’re Just Being Kids
Let’s be real—kids at that age often don’t care about fame or TV appearances. Even if your dad is a superstar like Jason Aldean, you probably still see him as just “dad.” Navy and Memphis might even be reaching that funny stage where they feel a little embarrassed by their parents, no matter how cool they are.
After all, when you live with someone every day, seeing them on a screen doesn’t feel very exciting. To Navy and Memphis, Jason Aldean isn’t a country music icon—he’s just the guy who tucks them in at night.
