We have a ramen restaurant opening in Bossier City, which is something I never expected to say.
I’ve always been a fan of Ramen. When I first moved to Shreveport, I went out of my way to stay up late and eat Ghost Ramen. There was a severe lack of delicious Ramen in the Ark-La-Tex, and many of us had to drive to Dallas to get our fix. Several Ramen restaurants have opened in Shreveport, but they tend to avoid Bossier. Up to now.
Tsuyoi Ramen has completely transformed the space that was previously occupied by Five Guys Burgers, and they are quickly gaining popularity in Bossier City. This is not your typical Ramen restaurant. This place makes some of the best boba teas and offers poke bowls.
I stumbled into the restaurant during a soft opening, and they were extremely friendly and did not kick me out. I then proceeded to be reckless and simply pointed at the menu, ending up with five different dishes on my table. All of these were unreal. Did this restaurant just break the rules on hospitality and flavor?
The staff at Tsuyoi Ramen were so nice to not kick me out and instead offered me a seat at a booth, where I proceeded to order everything in sight. If you are not patiently waiting for the grand opening, keep an eye on the Tsuyoi Ramen Facebook page for the opening date; however, rumors suggest that we will be able to enjoy ramen in Bossier before April. The ramen restaurant is located at 2113 Airline Dr, Bossier City, LA.
