Wichita Falls police arrested and charged a man with drug crimes after carrying out a narcotics search warrant on the city’s east side Thursday morning.
According to Wichita Falls police, officers arrested Demarkus Lathen, 34, after discovering 830 grams of cocaine, multiple scales, and baggies inside a home on the 100 block of Oriole Street.
Lathen faces a felony charge of manufacturing/delivering a controlled substance.
SWAT officers, special operations investigators, and patrol units were all on the scene.
