'I got more': Man videos himself throwing bucket of body bones over fence at FBI office to 'summon' agents after stealing remains from mausoleum, police say

A Texas man, Michael Chadwick Fry, is facing serious charges after allegedly throwing a bucket of human bones over the fence of the FBI field office in Dallas, intending to “summon” federal agents. Fry reportedly stole the remains from a mausoleum before filming the incident and posting it to YouTube.

Fry, 38, is charged with two counts of abuse of a corpse and one count of tampering with evidence related to a human corpse, according to the Bartonville Police Department.

What Led to the FBI Incident?

The investigation began when Fry’s mother contacted the police on Monday, reporting that her son had come to her house in Bartonville, about 30 miles northwest of Dallas, asking for money to rent a U-Haul. Fry claimed he “had a body that needed to be moved.”

According to a warrant obtained by local news, Fry became irate when his mother refused and left the house before the police arrived.

Shortly after, authorities received information from FBI agents that Fry had thrown a bucket of human bones over the fence of the FBI Dallas Field Office.

Police soon discovered that Fry had filmed the incident and posted it on his YouTube channel, called “Fry and Berto News! Where we reveal mass killers.”

The Video and Its Content

In the four-and-a-half-minute video, Fry explained how he tried to “force” the FBI to investigate his claims about “what happened to me and my dead family and friends.” He filmed himself speaking to a person behind a window at the FBI office, asking for a “status check” on the investigation.

He then promised more videos, saying, “We’re going to take bones all over the place. I got more,” and encouraged viewers to like and subscribe to his channel.

Fry also filmed himself retrieving a bucket from his car’s trunk, walking over to the fence, and throwing it over. The video also showed human remains and an urn containing ashes at Fry’s mother’s house, which police later traced to a cemetery in Oklahoma City, where Fry allegedly stole the urn in February 2024.

More Evidence of Stolen Remains

Further investigations revealed that FBI agents located evidence at a cemetery in Denton, Texas, showing that a coffin containing human remains had been removed from a mausoleum.

Fry allegedly referred to the remains in the bucket as “Elizabeth Virginia Lyon”, and authorities are currently completing DNA testing to confirm the identity of the bones.

GPS data from Fry’s mother’s car also showed searches for three cemeteries in Texas and Oklahoma.

Fry’s Past History of Attention-Grabbing Acts

Fry is no stranger to bizarre actions. In 2018, he drove his car into the KDFW studios and left behind a suspicious bright orange duffel bag, prompting a bomb squad to respond. At the time, he was reportedly upset about a police-involved shooting of his friend.

Current Status

Fry is currently being held in the Denton County Jail with a $30,000 bond. His case has sparked widespread attention due to the disturbing nature of his actions.
